How to use the Online Registration

This is how it works...
STEP 1 - "Click" on any Button. |
|

STEP 2 - Select the Course you wish to take.
If you are selecting a Standard First Aid or ChildCare First Aid Course, you will have to choose between a Weekend Course or a Thursday/Friday Course. Don't worry, you can always go back and change it!
STEP 3 - A Course description and a two-month calendar will appear with available dates showing. If a date is "Grayed Out" it means that it is already full.
"Click" on your preference. |

STEP 4 - Now you can see how many spots are available in that course, in case you want to make sure there is enough room for your Friends, Family or Co-Workers to attend as well!
"Click" the "Select" button to continue your registration request or "Click" on another course or date.
We told you that you could go back and change it! |

STEP 5 - Now you'll see the details of the course you chose.
The Date and Start time (Don't forget to show up 15 minutes early, the best seats always go fast!), the course you selected including the cost with GST included.
Don't worry, were not asking for any money, yet!
Now, you will fill in some personal information. |

STEP 6 - If your company is paying the bill, we need to know who the contact person is, their phone number, email address and if a Purchase Order Number (PO#) is necesary. You can also add other email addresses below if someone else needs to know you're registered.
If your paying for the course yourself, you can leave this blank, tell us what special requirements you may have or ask us a question. You can also add additional email addresses so your confirmations, updates and reminders go to your home, work and maybe even your cellphone! |

STEP 7 - Speaking of Cellphones, we can have a text message sent to you 1 hour to 1 day before your course. We offer this service at No Charge but your normal text messaging charges from your mobile service provider may apply.
STEP 8 - Almost done! Check that your information, especially your EMAIL ADDRESS is correct. "Click" the "Finalize Registration" Button and check your email for your confirmation and payment options. Take note of your confirmation number, you need this to make your online payment. |

STEP 9 - Now you will see a summary of your Registration Request and an opportunity to print a "Confirmation Report". An Email with this information has already been sent to you that will give your payment options, a weblink to our secure online payment system, a weblink to get a map from your place to ours and even ETS Buslink information! It will also explain how to cancel or reschedule your course if necesary.
A day or two before the course, we will send you a reminder by Email (check your SPAM/JUNK folder before you call us!) and a text message to your phone if one was requested.
