I came down from Dawson Creek to do my HCP CPR recert with Dave..I absolutely love him as an instructor! In all the courses I have taken over the last 24 years, I would definately have to say that he is by far one of my favorite instructors and I will continue to go back for my yearly courses/recerts with him.

Did my update with Swoop and had a great time!! Dave, our instructor kept us interested and moving along quite nicely. Beverages and snacks were at the ready and even travelling by bus it was an easy location to reach. And who would have thought that Mr. Bean would be such an influence in First Aid!!! Take a course, you'll see what I mean!! Very comfortable and clean surroundings and enjoyable classmates as well. Thanks Dave, hopefully I'll see you on my next update.

First time user of swoop, carried out the HCP course. First time meeting Dave, his teaching method is excellent, informative, and professional. The ratio of the class was one on one and the facilities were spacious and clean. Recommend to anyone who is looking to carry out a first aid course or a recertification

I really enjoyed the Healthcare provider CPR course. I actually had a good time. I enjoyed Dave as his examples really helped me remember the content. So glad I attended. Dave obviously really enjoys what he does, in this day and age and this economy that is wonderful to witness. He was very uplifting.

I groaned at the thought of attending another First Aid class as in the past they have bored me to tears. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I attended Dave's class! It was a fantastic class. His teaching method kept me interested... I didn't yawn even once!

Dave is a great guy. He takes out the words Emergency & Panic, replacing them with the understanding of what to do in an Emergency & Panicking situation. Thus the training is at it's best. "quality"

I have taken many first aid classes over time. Most very repetative and dry. At SWOOP, Dave made this training course very interactive and enjoyable, you actually get a lot out of it. Fantastic job SWOOP!!

I have taken first aid courses since 1999, and today's class with Dave has been the best one yet. I was impressed with his energy and professionalism. The space we were working in was very CLEAN ... which, unfortunately, has not been the case in some other companies first aid is offered through. I also liked that parking is available. Thank you Dave for making what I dread every three years, re-certification, to be as easy and as painless as possible. I also want to mention that the price I paid for the re- certification class was very reasonable. I will most certainly stick with Swoop in the future.
